How to Prepare: Fry the onion with the mushrooms. Add salt and pepper and the mushroom soup. Then when it is all blended together with all the aroma and taste, you pour to a pan and stir with the cheese and eggs. That's it! You put in the oven for about 45 min. at 250 degrees. Bon appetit!!! (-:

1 head cabbage -- sliced into noodles

1 pound cream cheese -- softened 8 ounces sour cream 2 tablespoons butter -- melted 1/2 cup scallions -- chopped(green onions)1 clove garlic -- crushed 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 cup TVP -- (or omit for topping) 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How to Prepare: Cook until barely tender. Drain. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and butter. Stir into cabbage. Add scallions, garlic, and pepper, and turn into buttered baking dish. Combine TVP(crumbs) and

Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over top of noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. **Note: If you have leftover protein bread that has dries, pules in the foodprocessor for crumbs and use in place of the TVP.

1 medium white onion 2 cloves minced garlic butter1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar Parmesan cheese Black pepper

How to Prepare: Slice onion into rings. Melt butter in pan, and saute garlic for about a minute. Add onions. Sprinkle with vinegar. Cook until soft, then sprinkle with cheese and pepper (to taste). Allow cheese to melt, then serve.
